Meet Mr and Mrs Hanton who were married last Saturday in The Barn followed by celebrations in our beautiful Wedding Meadow at Unique Occasions at Loversall Limited.

As all bride and groom’s, Katie and Dom knew that they wanted something special for their big day and after seeing Serentipi tipi’s and coming to see our Wedding Meadow here on the farm, they knew they had found what suited them for their wedding day.

With the tipi’s and location booked Katie approached SASS Event Stylists to style the tipi’s in a theme that was entirely bespoke to them and suited the happy couple perfectly….they even had a tunnel of sparklers!

Then it was onto food glorious food……which was catered by Blues Catering of York who provided canapés, starters, sharing platters for the day and street food for the evening. The deserts were supplied by the family which consisted of a dessert table with cake, brownies, millionaire shortbread and sweets.

The exquisite floristry was created by Campbells Florists, with the full day being captured for years to come by the very talented Chris Waud Photography (some of the pictures on this blog and video are those captured by Chris Waud and as you can see they are wonderful!) and the videographer Andy Stelmach.

The the day and evening’s entertainment were provided by the High Life Entertainment company and James Kirman the magician.

Finally the highlight for the men was definitely the mustang which proved an excellent backdrop (together with our venue of course!) for the many, many pictures captured by Chris Waud.

Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Hanton, it was a truly emotional and great pleasure to host your wedding here at Unique Occasions at Loversall Farm and we all wish you a lifetime of health, happiness and lots of love for your life together.
