Celebrating Terri and Clive

Celebrating Terri and Clive

Last Saturday was a day celebrating Terri and Clive joined by their lovely family and friends.

This spring day was an abundance of special moments including the sunshine peeking out to make an appearance over the tipi’s, the lambs that have found their voices and the escapee sheep that wanted to eat the flowers in the garden at  Garden Cottage.

The wedding weekend celebrations started with Clive and his close family stopping overnight at Garden Cottage where the escapee sheep made their appearance.

The following morning the wedding guests assembled to await the happy couple. The lovely bride arrived in a VW camper van and joined Clive to become husband and wife in our lovely quaint barn.

Everyone then headed across to our Wedding Meadow after the official photographs were taken by Photogenic Photography.

The wonderful three hat tipi and catering tent, which was provided by Serentipi together with our Shepherds Hut, awaited the guests for the afternoon and evening celebrations.

All the guests were treated to an English afternoon tea of sandwiches, homemade cakes and scones which were catered by English Rose Tea Rooms. The evening catering was catered by Doncaster Hog Roast & Yorkshire Cheese Grill. Whilst the wedding cake as actually baked, designed and lovingly put together by the bride herself!

The floral arrangements were provided by the talented team at Sweetpea & Thyme whilst the venue styling in the barn was undertaken by All Occasions Venue Stylists of Worksop.

The evening entertainment was provided by the lovely singing of Alfie Ryan who provided a jazz/swing style cover music and our resident DJ.

Finally Annabel’s Coffee Shop at Loversall Lakes provided the ‘morning after the night before’ bacon butties to help the celebration recovery and to wrap up a wonderful weekend of celebrations.

Check out our small video below…..we wish Terri and Clive all the health and happiness for their future together.
