It was celebrations all around on Sunday when Aimee and Michael married in a lovely church ceremony at St. Nicholas’ Church in Bawtry on Sunday as well as the christening of their son Zachary – all on the same day!
Commencing with the christening of Zachary at the lovely church of St. Nicholas’ in Bawtry by Revd. Becky Hancock, the celebrations began with canapés and other treats in the Barn.
After the canapés the happy newlyweds and their guests were escorted by the talented Lee who serenaded them with his excellent singing and guitar playing to the tipi’s in the wedding meadow.
The canapés that were served and the hog roast at the tipi’s were lovingly prepared by Bron and her team from Jaysters Catering in Bawtry followed by the pizzas in the evening by the Pizza Trail company.
Besides the wonderful Lee with his singing and guitar playing the Silvertones who are a cover band entertained the guests as well as DJ Paul Ruckledge who got everyone on the dance floor in the evening.
The other suppliers were Howard Events for their LOVE letters and lanterns. Smart Occasions who provided ice cream trike and waffle station in the barn. Magician John O’Grady who wow’d the children with his magic, a magic mirror from Ace Party, beautiful venue styling by the Karen from All Occasions in Worksop and tipi supplier was none other than Garden Weddings.
The wonderful and talented Phillipa from Pears Photography captured many wonderful pictures of memories being made on such a lovely warm day – some of which are in this blog and in the video below!
Finally the christening cake was expertly baked and designed by Rebecca the Brides cousin and the delicious wedding cake was baked by Samantha one of the Brides friends.
It was an absolute pleasure to be part of and host the wedding of Aimee and Michael’s wedding and christening celebrations and we wish you a lifetime of love, laughter, health and oodles of happiness together.
